As part of our Workforce Development Programme, we have been creating new opportunities for learning and professional development, designed specifically for people in Greater Manchester’s VCSE sector. From until June 2024, we are offering a range of flexible leadership learning workshops, as well as more intensive development activities for both existing leaders and future leaders.
Since January 2024, we have offered 20 existing leaders and 20 future leaders from Greater Manchester's VCSE sector the opportunity to co-design and learn what makes a good leader together in closed cohort groups. These programmes are facilitated by Kerry Tottingham from A Brilliant Thing CIC, Claire Ebrey from On the Level and Ed Moss from The Space to Thrive.
